Smashing bricks using a paddle and a green ball in a futuristic setting is the object of this fun and challenging game. While the premise seems simple, in reality, this game can offer many difficult obstacles.

When the game begins, you will notice the ceiling of the room is filled with bricks. Your goal is to break all the bricks using a glowing red ball that you control by hitting it with a paddle. The ball is continually in motion, which means you must stay alert in order to make sure the ball stays in the air.

In the beginning, you will receive four balls. If you miss a ball, it will drop behind the paddle and you will lose it. Because the ball is constantly bouncing off bricks that may take three or four tries before they break, you need to keep your eye on the ball and the paddle in order to increase your points and move to the next level.

Some bricks are made of metal, which are impossible to break unless you use a powerup missile. Other bricks contain bombs which can help destroy more bricks along the way.

Once you've smashed all the bricks, a void will open up. You must get the ball into the void in order to advance to the next level.

Powerups
Inside the bricks are powerups that are used to help you break through the brick ceiling a little faster. But not all powerups are useful.

Powerups include a missile so you can blast through bricks in shorter amount of time (you must keep the red ball in motion while using the missile), a paddle enhancer that will either increase or decrease the paddle's size, and a fireball which increase the speed of the ball.

There are also powerups that increase the number of balls you can use at one time from one to three or four.

Graphics
The graphics in this game are plentiful and create the illusion that you're in a futuristic holding area. The sound used also helps create this creepy, but energetic atmosphere.

Brick Jam is a simple game to learn. You will have to learn how to use the red ball and paddle in order to get the angles correct when sending the ball into the air. As you decrease the number of bricks, the game become more challenging.
